Return and Exchange

Comfortfüsse.com acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. For all purchases made on the comfortfüsse.com site, the package containing the product must be opened with the cargo officer regarding the product you bought and a report should be made for the missing products.

The return of a product is generally subject to the following conditions:

Return Period:

+ In general, you can return the product with the product invoice as you received it within seven (14 ) days from the date of receipt, without disturbing the resalability of the product you purchased.

+ If you want the products you have ordered to be canceled without stating a reason before the cargo exit is made, you can request a refund from info@Comfortfüsse.com or from the order return section from the contact forms.

After the approval, the amount you paid within 3 working days will be returned to you without any problems.

+ Refunds will be made to the credit card from which the shopping is made for purchases made via Credit Card, or to your bank account, which you will specify for orders made by Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.

Refund Conditions:

+ You can find below the items that must be complete in the products you send to return. If any of these are missing, product returns cannot be accepted.
